Our Story
Built on a passion for
meaningful travel
Paradise Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd was founded in 1986 on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur — a single travel agency with a simple but powerful belief: that travel should be transformative, not transactional.
From those early days on one of KL's most iconic streets, the company grew steadily into the cornerstone of what is today the Paradise Group of Companies — a diversified conglomerate spanning 33 companies across travel, hospitality, car rental, airline GSA services, IT, and property.
The travel division expanded to include offices at KLIA and Penang Airport, bringing Paradise's trusted service to travellers at the point of departure. Over the decades, the group was awarded multiple international airline agency contracts and earned the distinguished MSC Malaysia Status — recognition of its innovation in digital travel through the Travee.net platform.
Today, Paradise Travel & Tours continues to operate from Wisma Paradise, the group's own building at No. 63, Jalan Ampang — a symbol of the staying power of a company that has outlasted trends and kept the same commitment to its customers since day one.

Our Journey
Nearly Four Decades
of Milestones
Established at Wisma Paradise, No. 63 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur — the first company in what would become the Paradise Group of Companies. Operations began with inbound and outbound tour packages and ticketing services.
Within a year of founding, Paradise ventured into the hospitality sector — managing highway hotels and city hotels across Malaysia. Car rental services with and without chauffeurs were also introduced, creating a full travel ecosystem.
As Malaysian tourism flourished, Paradise Group was awarded multiple airline General Sales Agent (GSA) contracts, overseeing global flight operations on behalf of international carriers. Membership in IATA, MATTA and MITA was secured, cementing the group's credibility in the industry.
Paradise Travel was awarded the prestigious MSC Malaysia Status for its innovation in digital tourism. The group launched Travee.net — "The World's Travel Supermarket" — a B2B and B2C interactive portal for global tourism product search and distribution, available to anyone, anywhere in the world.
The Paradise Group diversified further into IT and property investment, growing to encompass 33 companies. Branch offices at KLIA and Penang Airport extended the group's reach, serving travellers across Malaysia at key gateways.
Following the global pandemic, Paradise Travel & Tours relaunched with a renewed focus on curated group tours, spiritual heritage journeys, and golf travel experiences for Malaysian travellers. The new paradisetravels.my brings the group's 40+ years of expertise into the digital era.
